MEAT
Meat is animal flesh that is eaten as food .Human have hunted and killed animals for meat since prehistoric times. The event of civilization allowed the domestication of animals such as chickens, sheep, pig, and cattle and eventually those use meat production an industrial sector.
Meat is mainly composed of water protein and fat and usually eaten together with other food. It is edible row, but is normally eaten after it has been cooked and served in a variety of ways unprocessed meat will spoil or rot within hours or days a result of infection with and decomposition by bacteria and fungi.
Most after meat refers to cytoskeletal muscle and associated fait and other tissues but it may also describe other edible tissues such as offal.
BENEFITS OF MEAT
1-Since meat contain a large amount of protein this could be beneficial to the body as the need for protein is an important for the body. Since protein is said to improve the overall health and wall being of one's body. These are other benefits such as the repair and building of body tissues as well as the production of antibodies.
2-Of the many nutrient that meat contain it is rich in iron, zinc and aluminum. While iron helps in farming hemoglobin that transport oxygen to different part of our body.
3-Vitamins are also a big part of the one's diet and vitamin A, B and D are commonly found in meat as well , not only do these vitamins promote good vision stronger teeth and bones but it also support the central nervous system.
