Ø Mangoes are one of the most delicious and nutrient dense fruit and are known as king of fruits worldwide.
Ø A single mango contains approx. 3gm of dietary fibers, which lowers cholesterol and promote digestion.
Ø Mangos are high in vitamin, and a single mango contains 96%of the recommended daily intake of Vit C.
Ø Vitamin C is well known as an immune system booster, offers protection from heart and eye disease and boosts skin health.
Ø Vitamin E and B carotene in mangoes act as powerful antioxidants that helps the body fight the effect of free radicals.

Ø Choose mangoes with intact skin and without any bruise or cuts. Unripe mangoes can be kept at room temperature for a few days, to ripen place them in a paper bag and once they are get ripened, they should be stored in the refrigerator. Mangoes have best flavor when served at room temperature.
